Extra driving credit if you live outside Dunbar
We know that it can be difficult to get to the cars if you live outside the town, so we offer our members who live further afield a contribution towards the cost of a bus or taxi.
If you live outside Dunbar and hire the car for a weekend, we’ll give you a £10 driving credit, and if you hire the car for a whole week we’ll give you £20. Just email us (mail@sparewheels.org.uk) when you make your booking and the credit will be added the following month. Does that sound fair?
Add household members for £15
If you need to share the driving, then friends and family can be added to your account for a one-off payment of £15. They need not live at your address, but any bookings they make will be charged to your account.
Business Memberships
By becoming a business member, you could reduce the cost of your own business travel. Additionally, with SpareWheels cars available for work trips, your staff will be able to leave their own cars at home, reducing demand for parking spaces. Joining fees are a one-off £25 to sign up the business, plus £12 per driver registration. Thereafter the usual charges apply.
